Integrated Marketing Manager

Job Description

SodaStream is looking for a talented Marketer to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role, required to support our Marketing efforts across the digital and total paid media space. This role is responsible for overall management of our agency partners and helping to strategically build profitable growth in this space.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Primary: Paid Media Ownership

Lead and build integrated, paid marketing campaigns and test new tactics, messaging and audiences to improve CAC and grow qualified, profitable traffic to our owned platform and retail partners. Digital focus, with omni-platform (TVC, OTT, OOH) oversight

Profitably scale our customer acquisition efforts, unlock new audience segments, and lead revenue growth efforts maximizing media ROI and customer LTV

Test and learn with new tactics and channels that optimize reach, relevance and response KPIs

 Brief, optimize and traffic best performing creative assets through to approval; consolidate, maintain and manage digital asset library


Secondary: Tools & Learning Consultation

Research and leverage total media industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies 

Manage impact studies, tracking and measurement tools with 3rd party and internal research partners

Long-term consultation on the creation and optimization of DMP (learning segments) and DSP (buying segments) tools

Manage digital agencies- work collaboratively and cross-functionally across content, design, product, shopper and DTC teams to ensure successful execution of marketing programs 

Requirements

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS:


At least 5 years of direct digital marketing experience; will consider former traditional media planning + current digital experience for the right candidate

Expertise in online paid marketing, including SEM, paid social, and display 

An analytical mindset, wiliness to dive into the weeds of what we need to do to continue hitting aggressive ROI and growth goals 

Experience with Google Analytics and SEO practices

Deep understanding of current digital media landscape and trends; omnichannel mindset

High attention to detail and autonomous project management skills, able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously 

Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, comfortable presentation and writing skills

Travel to agency partners, SST HQ and PepsiCo HQ required monthly
