What is your challenge?

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our Management Team, reporting directly to the General Manager in the Israel market.

You will drive marketing strategy and world-class marketing execution of all consumer and trade activities including branding, PR, TV and online advertising, e-commerce, trade marketing and new product launches.

The ideal candidate is to have extensive experience in the Israeli Market, FMCG and retail experience.

Main responsibilities:

Strategy: Develop and implement SodaStream Israel marketing strategy to drive consumer household penetration and retail execution. Create conventional and unconventional programs to drive consumer awareness, demand and sell-through.

Execution: Drive outstanding execution of marketing strategy and plans. Champion creative promotional initiatives together with sales teams to maximise in-store presence. Champion all consumer initiatives. Develop and execute digital branding activities. Execute and own all marketing materials and ensure flawless implementation (internal and external communication). Establish and implement marketing KPI system to better understand customer needs, market trends and progress against KPI’s.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and responsibility for its effective utilization with reference to both channels (Retail, Direct) 

Advertising campaigns: Plan and implement advertising campaigns, including advertising in digital, social and traditional media.

Digital Marketing: Develop internet marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and social media activities.

Team Management : Manage and guide the marketing team, including training and motivation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:


·        4 years of Marketing Manager experience including managing a Marketing Team

·        FMCG, retail experience – MUST

·        Proven track record of managing E-com websites – MUST

·        Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

·        Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.

·        Experience in managing marketing budgets and advertising campaigns and PR.

·        High communication skills and team management skills.

·        Proficiency in marketing automation tools; Google Analytics, Shopify

·        Excellent English

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
