Office Manager

Location: Kfar Saba

Reporting to: Administration

Job Description

Sodastream HQ is MOVING to Kfar Saba and is looking for a highly talented office manager (at our brand new amazing RECEPTION desk).

As an office manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Full responsibility for front desk activities; accepting guests, candidates and vendors.
  • Ongoing office and facilities maintenance (building maintenance, cleaning, parking arrangements, post & deliveries etc…).
  • Receiving incoming calls on behalf of the Company.
  • Managing schedule for Management team members; travel management (flights & accommodation, expense reports) etc.
  • Provide support to the HR team (employee experience activities, events, purchase requisitions, soda app etc.

Requirements

  • Academic degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as an office manager preferably in a global company.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
  • Working proficiency in Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
  • People person (Optimism and energy is a must) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership and service-orientation.
  • Multitasker with the abilities to work in a bubbly environment.
