HR Analytics and Infrastructures Analyst

 Sodastream is searching for a dedicated and people centered HR Analytics and Infrastructures Analyst to join our team and take part in ongoing and special global projects and activities. We are currently spearheading the implementation of a key project- new system (Lumes) in the organization, in Israel and across our global markets worldwide, and you will be based in the heart of this exciting project and others, and be responsible for implementing and maintaining the new system for the entire organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Characterization of business needs, system users and readiness in Israel and around the world, participation in the steering committee of the key project and other projects that will be derived from it.
  • Act as a focal point on behalf of the system customer, HR and between various departments within and outside the organization throughout the ongoing key project.
  • Implementing, coordinating and training for the key project via project management processes (meetings, activities, and tutorials) in order to train employees locally and internationally on the new system usage and updated functionality.
  • Perform a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.
  • Conduct data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed.
  • Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reports, graphs, charts and statistics and responds to basic and intermediate ad hoc data requests in support of human resources operations
  • Handle problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.
  • Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other human resources computer applications and systems.
  • Assist in the design, development and modification of HRIS to suit organizational needs.


Requirements:

  •   Experience in the implementation of an information systems across a global organization, preferably an HR system.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and Human resource management software (Lumes,Workday HCM, BambooHR, Namely etc
  •  Experience with global project management processes and training techniques.
  • Familiar with HRIS solutions and how they work within a company’s internal infrastructure
  • Expert in the way HR departments work and can apply that knowledge to the HRIS system with the goal of providing the most efficient solution
  •  Experience in human resources / training
  • Critical thinking to create innovative solutions to complicated problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field.
  • Three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal forms, in English and Hebrew- a must
