Job Description

SODASTREAM Italian DISTRIBUTION UNIT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Position Overview

The Financial Controller will lead the company's financial accounting and reporting activities and ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with group guidelines, best practice and local regulations.

Working hands on and closely with the European CFO, Business Controller and local management team, you'll head up the day to day finance reporting activities including; fiscal, local management and group reporting, systems and process development and ensure adherence to group policies.


Primary Duties:

· Weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial, management and HQ reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met

· Fiscal reporting and compliance including statutory accounts, tax and legal;

· Financial planning and analysis

· Developing procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the business including the implementation of SOX controls;

· Act as main point of contact for external auditors, financial institutions and advisors.

· Providing complete, concise and accurate information, as required, to facilitate an effective decision process;

· Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;

· Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;

· Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements

· Providing support to local and European management as required

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

· Excellent systems skills

· Experience with Navision an advantage

· Italian Gaap, US Gaap and SOX knowledge

· Experienced in stock management and process controls

· Fluent in English
