Email & Retention Manager

SodaStream is looking for an experienced Email & Retention expert to join their growing ecommerce team, with the goal of improving results, increasing revenue and helping to grow the fastest growing business within the company. . We’re a startup within SodaStream and we’re building a dream team that will shape and execute the company’s global ecommerce vision. The top priority of this role is to increase customer life time value through multi-channel strategies (email, loyalty, SMS & more). You will be responsible for all elements of this channel including lifecycle planning, technical implementation, execution, testing, reporting and optimization.


Job Description:


·        Drive the vision and strategy for our Retention & Email efforts in order to engage customers and deliver business growth

·        Lead advanced segmentation projects in order to deliver a truly personalized marketing program

·        Drive continued optimization and evolution of our channel marketing programs, including lifecycle trigger programs, transnational messaging and large scale campaigns

·        Drive a single view of the customer’s experience and interactions with the company, ensuring that communication is optimized in a holistic and client-centric fashion

·        Drive increased process efficiency that enables the team to maximize impact while minimizing overhead effort

·        Build testing roadmap and work to continually test, iterate and optimize our efforts in order to increase the effectiveness of all channels

·        Set the vision for channel measurement and analytics, ensuring we are appropriately measuring performance and impact and using learnings to inform campaign planning and optimization

·        Proactively optimizes and ensure the health of the channels via regular reviews of KPI/ metrics and channel health checks

Requirements

·        Proactively optimizes and ensure the health of the channels via regular reviews of KPI/ metrics and channel health checks

·        3+ years of marketing experience including expertise experience in CRM, email marketing and analytics.

·        Ability to develop marketing strategies

·        High proficiency in excel.

·        Strong project and time management capabilities

·        Google analytics expert

·   Native English Speaker/ Mother-tongue Level, both verbal and written

·   Strong copy writing capabilities

·        Team player and highly self-motivated

·   Experience with A/B testing and optimization

·   Basic level of HTML & CSS


Advantages:

·        Previous experience working with or in an e-commerce company.

·        Previous experience with shopify & hubspot

·        Understanding of additional marketing platforms (Google Ads & Facebook)

·        Familiarity with a/b testing platforms like optimize or optimizely

·        Additional European languages an advantage
