Prior to this, he was deputy CEO from 2017, before which he served as our Chief Corporate Development Officer from January 2015. Eyal joined SodaStream in 2010 as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining SodaStream, from 2002 to 2010, Eyal was
the Vice President, Legal Affairs of Frutarom Industries Ltd., a public company listed on the Tel Aviv and London Stock exchanges.
Eyal holds a BA in Accounting, an LLB, and an Executive MBA,
all from Tel Aviv University.
Daniel Erdreich
Chief Financial Officer
Read moreDaniel Erdreich has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2007.
From 2003-2007, he served as the financial manager of our Israeli operational activities
as well as some of our distribution companies.
He previously served as the Sodastream group controller from 1996-2000.
From 1993-1996 and from 2000-2003, he held CFO positions in high-tech companies traded in the Nasdaq and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Daniel is a CPA that served as a senior
auditor in KPMG between 1989 and 1993.
Daniel is a CPA and holds a business degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Kfir Suisa
Chief Operations Officer
Read moreKfir Suisa has served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) since June 2019, having returned to SodaStream after serving as VP of Global Manufacturing and Planning at Orbotech for nearly three years. Before joining Orbotech, Kfir was the Manager of Sodastream’s Flavours Manufacturing Plant in Ashkelon and was also a member of the company’s Operations Management Team. Prior to initially joining SodaStream, Kfir spent over 15 years at various manufacturing leadership roles in RPM (plastic industry), Micron, and Intel.
Kfir Suisa holds a BA in Industrial Management from Sapir College and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Galit Zucker
Chief People Officer

She has over 25 years of managerial experience in HR management,
change management, organizational development and learning. Prior to
joining SodaStream, Galit served for three years as Head of the HR
Delivery Group in Amdocs, a market leader in customers experience
software solutions and services. Before joining Amdocs, Galit was Head of Global Organizational Development and Learning at Better Place, which was a venture-backed international company in the electric vehicles industry.
She also served as Director of HR, Customer Service Division at Bezeq
International, Israel's largest telecom company until 2010. From 1999-2004,
Galit was the Head of HR at Cellcom, the largest Israeli cellular provider.
Galit holds a BA in Economic and Business Administration from Bar Ilan
University.
Karin Schifter Maor
Chief Marketing Officer

at Nestle. Karin spent 4 years in the US, where she worked at Tnuva USA and the Boston Consulting Group.
Karin holds a BA in Economics and Sociology and an MBA with honors from Tel Aviv University.
Ferdinand Barckhahn
Head of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Nordics

for Germany, Austria and Switzerland from April 2018, before which he had served as General Manager for Germany and Austria upon joining SodaStream in 2016.
Prior to joining SodaStream, Ferdinand worked in various national and international marketing roles at PepsiCo, Danone (Dairy Division), Novartis (Consumer Health) and Pernod Ricard.
Ferdinand holds a BA in Business Administration from Justus-Liebig-University Gießen and University of Saarland.
Bryan Welsh

Bryan is a 28-year veteran of PepsiCo, having held various positions, most recently as GM of the Pepsi-Starbucks North American Coffee Partnership (NACP). Bryan’s previous roles at PepsiCo included Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse go-to-market systems in brand marketing, shopper marketing, sales strategy, category management and finance. He has worked on brands including Starbucks, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Tropicana, Aquafina, Gatorade and Quaker Oats.
Bryan is a CPA and holds a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.
David Katz
GM Japan and Head of Asia & Latin America

He joined SodaStream in 2015 as our Distributor Business Development Manager and was promoted to GM Japan and Asia Distributors in August 2015. David has 20 years of experience in various senior international management roles, launching and managing global brands. Before joining SodaStream, David held senior management positions for 8 years at the FOX Group, Israel’s leading fashion retail group, developing and managing their international activities. His last position at Fox was VP of International Business Development at Laline, Israel's leading Skin Care and Lifestyle retailer.
David holds a BA in Business Administration, specializing in finance and an MBA, specializing in International Strategy and Marketing, both from Ben Gurion University, Israel.
Mark Fenton

Matti Yahav
Head of Rest of World (ROW) & European Distributors
Read moreMatti Yahav has served as Head of ROW Since January 2020. He is responsible for leading SodaStream’s business in Canada, France, Italy, Israel, South Africa, Czech Republic, Poland and the rest of our European distributors. Before that, Matti served as our Chief Marketing Officer for five years from 2015, leading the entire life cycle of SodaStream products from innovation to commercialization, as well as all global marketing communications. From 2008 to 2014, Matti worked at Osem-Nestle in various marketing roles. Matti brings more than 20 years of marketing experience in consumer goods products.
Matti holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Guy Goldberg
Chief Commercial Officer

Prior to joining SodaStream, Guy served as VP of Commercial Operations and Business Development at Verix and was a member of its leadership team. He also served as a Management Consultant at Ernest & Young New York City and Los-Angeles offices, where he advised Fortune 500 companies – Disney, Morgan Stanley, TE Electronics, UPS, Wells-Fargo and Merc - in planning commercial strategies and leading cross-organizational business roadmap implementations.
Guy holds a BA in Economics and a LL.B in law from Tel Aviv University as well as an M.B.A. with specialization in Strategy, Finance and Banking from the Hebrew University.
